Welcome to CS Photo Club. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

CS Photo Club is a limited-release brand. Product availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

2. Products

All products are sold in limited quantities. Colors, fabrics, and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions.

Once sold out, items may not be restocked.

3. Payment

All payments must be made in full at checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing an order.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, carrier errors, or customs issues.

If you select untracked shipping, you (the customer) assume full responsibility for any packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit. We cannot issue replacements or refunds for untracked orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

All content on this site — including product photos, logos, and designs — is the property of CS Photo Club and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our products or website.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying products for personal use and not for resale.
